Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at veekikivee. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) will typically be processed and dispatched on the same business day from our local fulfillment center in California.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Free on orders over $50)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ( $12.99)

(Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or carrier network issues.)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the carrier scanning the package.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes veekikivee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us immediately at [veekikivee@163.com] with photos of the damaged item so we can assist you with a replacement or a carrier claim. If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.

6. International Shipping Currently, we ship to United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones in the near future.
